HIGHLIGHTS 2011

Hagyják elbűvölni magukat a májusi Krumlovval (boszorkány találkozó, májusfa állítás, május esti nyitottajtó múzeumokban és galériákban stb.).

Egyedüli reneszánsz ünnepség. Folyamásuk alatt a város három napra visszatér a lovagok, kegyes hölgyek, szémfényvesztők, koldusok időkorába...

A hosszú hagyományú klasszikuszene fesztivál Český Krumlovban. Folyamata alatt hangzik fel a „Zene az évszázadok folyamán” a krumlovi vár útvonalán. Különlegesség az igényeseknek - Barokní noc na zámku Český Krumlov® - Barokk éjj a Český Krumlov várkastélyában. A 18. századi várünnepség nagyvonalú visszaidézése.

Történelmi hanszereken szólal meg a hírneves külföldi és hazai mesterek kezeből a középkori, reneszánsz és barokk zene. A fesztiválba tartoznak az alternativ zene koncertek, world music, multimedilális projektok, tánc előadások és kiállítások. A hangversenyek és alőadások a kolostorban, kastélyban és további Český Krumlovban található történelmi termekben látogathatók.

Leghosszabb Český Krumlov-i fesztivál, amely hangversenyei a Český Krumlov- i kultúrális nyár csúcselőadásaihoz tartoznak. A fesztivál a legkülönbözőbb zeneformákat tartalmaz mint például szinfónikus zenekarok, kamara testületek, klaszikus dzsessz, folk, tématikus hangversenyek összefűzve gasztronómiai élményekkel.

Nemzetközi dzsessz és alternatív zenefesztivál.

A rendezvény célja: lehetővé tenni az egészségileg korlátozott látogatóknak megtekinteni az UNESCO kultúrörökséget - Český Krumlovot. Azon helyeket, melyeket segítség nélkül nehezen vagy egyáltalán nincs alkalmuk meglátogatni.

Azon legérdekesebb épületek, emlékek és helyek nyílnak ki, melyek különben csak részben, vagy egyáltalán nem látogathatók.

In addition to being the patron saint of the lands of Bohemia, Saint Wenceslas is the patron saint of brewers and winemakers, which is commemorated by the traditional autumn festivities offering a cultural as well as a rich gourmet experience.
The pleasant atmosphere of the autumn festivities is augmented by the festival of folk ensembles and the Saint Wenceslas Fair. The cherry on top is certainly the unforgettable evening excursion to the town’s museums and galleries, garnished with an impressive accompanying programme.

After centuries, the timeless works of Baroque artists – architects and music composers – meet once again to create a one-of-a-kind cultural event. The town’s authentic historical premises resound with the tones of contemporary music: Sacral music echoes through the monastery church and the unique Baroque Castle Theatre becomes a stage for operas.

Since 1997, Český Krumlov has become one of the stops of this film festival, designated for all who care about the environment in which they live, and how they live. The liaison of the festival with the historical town on the Vltava is by no means accidental: Ecofilm currently focuses also on culture and the issue of monument conservation.

When winter comes, Český Krumlov shows a completely different face. A face filled with peace and poetry. The Advent season is a time of cheerful gatherings, starting with the lifting of the Christmas tree, carols, treats given to children on St. Nicholas' Eve and letters written by children to Baby Jesus.
The festive time before Christmas culminates with a living Nativity scene that tells the biblical story through singing, dancing and plentiful music accompaniment. On Advent weekends visitors can enjoy the old Bohemian Christmas fair offering punch and traditional Christmas cookies, the delicious scent of which spreads throughout the town each day and evokes a festive feeling in everyone.
Families with children can enjoy themselves on Christmas Eve at a gathering in the first castle courtyard and celebrate Christmaswith the Krumlov bears. Celebrations welcoming the New Year in Český Krumlov also offer one-of–a-kind magical and poetic moments.
